FAQ
Are singles paid as a winner if the player exactly hits their target?
Single bets are paid as winners if your player hits their target. For example, if you have a player to score 20 or more points (i.e. 20+), your bet is paid as a full winner if that player scores exactly 20 points.
What happens in a Head to Head in the event of a tie?
The bet is marked as a push/draw.
Can I combine my bets into an accumulator (parlay)?
Yes! Just add more than one bet into the Betslip, and you can bet on all of them to win at the price offered for the combined bets. Note that accumulators may not be offered for some bet combinations.
How are odds calculated for same-game accumulators (parlays)?
A same-game accumulator (parlay) bet includes multiple bet legs from the same game. Odds for these bets are calculated slightly differently from standard accumulator bets to account for the observed correlation between bet legs. As a result, payouts, where correlations are deemed to exist, will likely be lower than the true odds calculation of an accumulator bet with no correlations.
For Accumulators (parlays), what happens if there is a single remaining bet leg?
Accumulators will be voided and stakes returned if all bet legs are voided except for one remaining bet leg. For example, if you have a 2-leg accumulator and one of the bets is voided, the entire accumulator is voided no matter if the remaining bet leg wins or loses.
What are the settlement rules for pre-canned/pre-built same-game accumulators (parlays)?
Our "pre-canned" or "pre-built" accumulators are packaged as a Single bet selection but they follow the same settlement rules as standard user-built accumulators.
When will bets be resulted?
All player bets are resulted as soon as we receive the final official box score from our statistic providers, and this process can take anywhere from 15-45 minutes from the conclusion of the game; it just depends on how long it takes for box scores to be finalised.
What happens if one of my players does not participate?
Single bets will be voided. Accumulators (parlays) that are custom built by users may still be resulted if the remaining legs are considered valid according to our rules.
What happens if one of my players does not start the game?
If a player was not in the starting lineup for baseball and soccer, the bet will be voided. For ice hockey, if a goalie does not start the game, the bet will be voided.
What happens if the game changes venues, or is cancelled or postponed and does not resume the same day?
If the venue is changed from the one scheduled all bets on the match will stand, provided the game is not also postponed by more than 48 hours, and provided the home team is still designated as such. If the game is cancelled or postponed and does not resume the same day, bets will be voided.
Is extra time included?
Basketball - all overtime is included in settlement.
American Football - all overtime is included in settlement.
Baseball - all extra innings are included in settlement.
Ice Hockey - all overtime is included in settlement but does not include penalty shootouts.
Soccer - all overtime is included in settlement but does not include penalty shootouts. World Cup Game markets settled at 90 minutes. World Cup Player markets including goals includes extra time but not penalties.
What are the settlement rules?
At the conclusion of each game, we receive the final box score from the statistics provider, which is then used to settle all bets. From time to time, the final box scores are revised after being released (please note this happens a lot more frequently for soccer than it does for our other sports coverage). If this occurs, then the player scores will not be updated and settlement will not be revised. The only time a correction to settlement will be made is if the error was caused by a problem with the data feed or the settlement process.
For over/under bets, what happens when player&s final score equals their set line?
The bet is marked as a push/draw and the wager will be refunded to user.
What happens in a 1v2 head to head bet?
Player A must score more than Player B and Player C for the bet to win. In the event of a tie, the bet is marked as a push/draw.
What happens in a 1v3 head to head bet?
Player A must score more than Player B, Player C and Player D for the bet to win. In the event of a tie, the bet is marked as a push/draw.
What are settlement rules for "MOST IN GROUP" and "FIRST TO" Markets?
a) If two or more selections tie with the highest score in &most in group& market, then each of those selections will be graded as a win.
b) If one or more selections in a &most in group& market for single game (i.e., not cross-game) does not participate in the event, then all selections will be voided.
c) Soccer specific rule: If a selection in a &most in group& or &first to& market does not start on the field, then these selections will be voided.
d) Basketball - First To: (i) if the player selected did not start on the court the bet will be voided; (ii) if the player that achieves the First [stat] in the game was not offered as a selection, then all bets on this market will get voided.
What are the Football/Soccer data sources?

I have a void selection, what happens to my bet?
For Single bets, your stake will be returned. For Accumulators (parlays), the overall bet will be settled based on the outcomes of the remaining valid bet legs and the odds will also be recalculated to factor in the voided bet leg(s).
For Baseball, how many innings must be played?
a) Player Bets - if a definitive outcome for a player bet can be determined during the game, it will be settled as win/loss no matter how many innings are played. For all other player markets that have an undetermined outcome, the game must go at least 8.5 innings for bets to stand; otherwise, these bets will be voided.
b) Game Props - if the game is called early and less than 8.5 innings has been played, then the following game prop markets will be voided ("will there be extra innings", "team with most hits", "total hits", "a hit every inning", "a run scored every inning", "perfect game", "blown save in game", "either pitcher to throw a no-hitter"). All other game prop markets will be settled as per normal.
For American Football, what is the definition of the Touchdowns statistic?
A touchdown is credited to any player who carries or receives the ball in the end zone (ie. it excludes Passing TD&s)
For American Football, how is player total Tackles calculated?
Our player tackles markets are settled based on total tackles which is the sum of solo + assisted tackles.
For Soccer, how does the Handicap Result market work?
The handicap is applied to the final result of the match and the team with the most goals after the handicap has been applied will be the winner. Handicap draw is also an option in the alternative handicap markets meaning if the game is a draw after the handicap is applied, then this is the winning selection.
This example shows how each Bet is considered a winner. Team A (-1.0) - this selection wins if they win by 2 goals or more. Handicap Draw (-1.0) - this selection wins if Team A wins by exactly 1 goal. Team B (+1.0) - this selection wins if the game ends in a draw or Team B win the match.
For Baseball, what happens when there is a late change to the starting pitcher?
All bets will be action regardless of the starting pitcher. However, if an individual pitcher does not start the game, then all of this player&s markets will be voided.
